Privacy policy

TTLiveConnect is a creator tool for configuring livestream overlays, alerts, text-to-speech, Music Queue requests and playback, and related automation. The service is built around account settings, live stream events, music requests, and basic usage and performance information.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We use data to provide the product, keep it secure, support creators, process billing, and understand whether features are working.

The exact data depends on which features you use.

• Account data: email address, sign-in records, display name, and Google sign-in data.
• Profile and setup data: TikTok handle, profile picture link, region, language, stream setup, text-to-speech settings, optional TikTok connection code if you choose to add one, Music Queue settings, public link, and saved favourites, overlay links and settings, sound files, sound alert rules, promo-code use, game connection keys, and game rules.
• Live stream data: session status, TikTok handle, gifts, comments, stickers, likes, follows, shares, viewer unique IDs, viewer nicknames, viewer avatars, comment text, gift names, gift icons, sticker IDs, sticker image URLs, gift counts, coin counts, timestamps, live summaries, and top-gifter or top-liker rankings while a session is active.
• Billing data: customer and subscription records from our payment provider, plan, status, renewal or end dates, cancellation state, billing page links, payment completion records, promo-code use, and invoice details. We do not store full payment card or bank account details.
• Service health and request data: page performance, overlay delay, browser and device information, error messages, troubleshooting details, product usage records, music search terms or video links, queue status, favourite vote direction and aggregate score, signed anonymous requester identifiers, HMAC-hashed device and IP fingerprints, service records, and IP addresses in security records.

TTLiveConnect uses first-party cookies and browser storage to keep creators signed in, remember language, protect accounts, maintain a signed anonymous music requester identifier that restores favourite votes, record versioned YouTube consent, and keep the dashboard working as expected.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Blocking required sign-in cookies can prevent sign-in, billing, settings, and dashboard features from working.

We use information for the following purposes:

• Sign creators in and keep the dashboard, settings, overlays, and game connections tied to the correct account.
• Connect to live stream events and trigger overlays, sound alerts, text-to-speech, Music Queue search, requests, favourite voting and visible playback, dashboard updates, and game commands.
• Process Pro trials, subscriptions, cancellations, invoices, promo codes, refunds, chargeback responses, and billing support.
• Detect errors, monitor performance, prevent abuse, enforce fair-use limits, protect private overlay links, and investigate security issues.
• Improve product quality by measuring how often features are used, whether overlays open, page performance, and whether live updates arrive quickly.
• Respond to support, legal, safety, billing, and account-deletion requests.

We share information only when needed to operate TTLiveConnect, comply with law, protect the service, or process billing and support. We do not sell personal information.

Service partners may process data in regions where they operate. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply to their services.

• Sign-in and data storage partners help keep accounts, settings, and live updates working.
• Hosting partners run the app pages and may process request and security records.
• Live connection partners run the background service that connects stream sessions and sends events.
• Our payment provider processes payments, taxes, subscriptions, invoices, refunds, and payment disputes.
• Google is used when you choose Google sign-in. YouTube receives music search terms or video IDs when you use Music Queue search or requests, under YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. TikTok Live data is retrieved from the stream you configure. Myinstants and Freesound may receive search, preview, or media requests when you use those sound features.
• Domain and traffic protection partners help route TTLiveConnect domains.

We keep information only as long as needed for product operation, security, billing, legal, support, and product-improvement purposes.

• Raw live events, terminal Music Queue items, and music request-attempt records are scheduled for deletion after 30 days; active queue items remain while needed for playback. Saved favourites and their anonymous vote rows remain until the creator removes the favourite or deletes the account. Session summaries may remain so creators can review past stream totals. Cached YouTube search results expire after six hours and active metadata is refreshed before it becomes stale.
• Page and overlay performance measurements are scheduled for deletion after 14 days.
• Error records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days.
• Product usage records are scheduled for deletion after 180 days.
• Account, billing, configuration, promo, and support records are kept while the account exists or as needed for billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, security, and dispute handling.

You can update your display name, TikTok handle, language, Music Queue settings and public-request controls, remove saved favourites and their votes, sound alerts, sounds, overlay settings, game connection keys, and many other settings in the dashboard. On a public Music Queue page, a viewer can change or clear their own favourite-song vote. You can cancel Pro from Settings → Plan or through the billing page.

You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of account information by emailing support@ttliveconnect.com from the email address on your account. Some records may be retained where required for billing, tax, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or dispute handling.

TTLiveConnect uses account-level access controls, private service keys, verified payment updates, private overlay links, signed anonymous requester cookies, one-way request fingerprints, browser protections, and monitoring to protect the service.

No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe your account, overlay link, game connection key, or private TikTok connection details have been exposed, contact support@ttliveconnect.com and replace the affected keys or links where possible.

TTLiveConnect is operated for creators in multiple regions. Data may be processed in countries where our service partners operate, including outside your country of residence.

The service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through TTLiveConnect, contact support@ttliveconnect.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our product, service partners, laws, or data practices change. The updated date on this page tells you when the latest version took effect.
